A PRAYER FOR ANIMALS
by Albert Schweitzer
Hear our humble prayer, O God, for our friends the animals, especially for animals who are suffering; for animals that are overworked, underfed and cruelly treated; for all wistful creatures in captivity that beat their wings against bars; for any that are hunted or lost or deserted or frightened or hungry; for all that must be put to death.
We entreat for them all Thy mercy and pity, and for those who deal with them we ask a heart of compassion and gentle hands and kindly words.
Make us, ourselves, to be true friends to animals, and so to share the blessings of the merciful.

Shadow

Our first feline. He was a real sweet boy. Always would greet us at the door. We spoiled him rotten. He was our little boy. We miss him terribly.

Samson Crosley
1997-2004
Sam, a full breed bi-color ragdoll. Came from a shelter. He wasn't with us for very long but made sure he will never be forgotten. A powerful purrsonality and a beautiful sole. Sadly missed by all his friends.

Smokey Pudder
Smokey and Pudder, two great cats that will always be loved and remembered in our hearts, Loved and Missed By: Sara Kipp and her family

In Loving Memory of Ed 1993-2006
Ed was our companion and friend for almost 14 years until his death in July, 2006. He was a big cat with a big heart, and was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He had a sunny disposition, and enjoyed being around people, dogs, and other cats. We miss him very much- I especially miss his curling up on the sofa with me and listening to his loud purring. There will never be another one like him. May you rest in peace, my friend Ed.

Nellie
Beloved friend of Marlene Coville.
Nellie passed away Dec.21 2006
She was just nine years old.
She will be sadly missed by those who's lives she has touched. |
